Return and Exchange Policy

Choosing the perfect gift for little ones can sometimes be a challenge. That's why we've implemented a simple and user-friendly return and exchange policy, so you can give toys with confidence and peace of mind.

Return conditions:

  1. Return period: All items (except for the exceptions listed below) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Condition of items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging. Damaged products will not be exchanged or refunded.
  3. Proof of purchase: Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
  4. Exceptions: Certain items, such as earrings, books, cosmetics, and clearance items (discounted by more than 50%) cannot be returned. Due to the hygienic nature of our baby teething toys, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products once they have been opened or used. This ensures the safety and health of all our customers. Items with minor imperfections are sold as is, so this is a final sale.

Return procedure:

  1. In-store returns: Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store in Laval, where a member of our team will help you process your return or exchange.
  2. Return by mail:
    - Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please pack your items securely for shipping.
    - Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
    - Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.

To facilitate processing: Please include a short note explaining the reason for the return. This helps us improve our service and ensure better follow-up.

Important:

  • We recommend that you choose a shipping service with a tracking number—we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned package has been received and inspected.
  • If necessary, you can contact us at info@veillesurtoi.com before returning an item so that we can guide you through the process.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that a 3% processing fee may apply, which is attributable to non-refundable fees charged by our payment platform, effective 2021.
